The Staff Appreciation Committee at Lake Pointe is an integral part of the PTO. The Committee does much more than perhaps what its name indicates. The Staff Appreciation Committee hosts luncheons throughout the school year as well as our annual events: Welcome Back Breakfast, Spa Day and Staff Appreciation Week.  Here is how you can help:

Baking & Cooking – Bake and cook at home or buy items to bring in for staff appreciation events throughout the year. This is great for working parents who want to help, but can’t be at the school.

Decorations and Set-Up/Clean-Up – Help decorate, set-up, and clean-up staff appreciation events. Also, help with decorating for holidays around the school throughout the year.

Staff Appreciation Week (Feb) – Help with planning and initiating daily “thank yous” to teachers during staff appreciation week.

Spa Day (during staff appreciation week) – Volunteers needed for set-up, clean-up, gathering supplies, and to seek massage therapists, manicurists, and pedicurists. Help is also needed to work a 2 hour shift during spa day. 

Doesn't all of this sound fun and interesting? We think it is. Please come and be one of the many volunteers that are involved with our school and Staff Appreciation Committee. Thank you very much volunteers! None of this would be possible without you!
