1. Bond Presentation

2. Meeting called to order at 9:10 a.m. by Tiffany Todd, Lake Pointe Elementary PTO Inc., President. Thank you for coming.

3. Motion made to approve the minutes from the September 1, 2011 General LPE PTO, Inc. Meeting. Motion made by Amy Dolce. Motion seconded by Gina Coldwell. Motion passed.

4. Treasurer Report: Dinah Laughery on behalf of Mary Pakarinen- Thank you to Amy Still and the Carnival Committee! The cash balance as of October 20, 2011 is $53,165.70. This P&L includes Carnival income until October 20^th.

Motion to accept the LPE PTO, Inc. P&L ending October 20, 2011 as presented. Motion made by Dinah Laughery. Motion seconded by Amy Dolce. Motion passed.

Please remember that all funding approvals can be found on the LPE PTO, Inc website.

Audit Report: Phyllis Parmer- Everything is in compliance!

Motion to approve the Audit Report. Motion made by Amy Still. Motion seconded by Maria Stewart. Motion passed.

5. Fundraising: Maria Stewart- Box Tops went well. Carnival did very well. Thank you to our Carnival Committee and Amy Still.

Denim and Diamonds: Amy Dolce- Ticket sales started at Carnival. Ticket presale will continue through December 9^th. If you purchase presale tickets or sponsorships you will be entered in a raffle for a parking space in front of LPE for one month - one space for the month of January, one space for the month of February, one space for the month of March, one space for the month of April, and one space for the month of May. There will also be an artwork contest for the Denim & Diamonds program cover.
